I am a pharmacist. The category of my job as you can see in real daily life is to give medicine pack by pack to people according to the prescriptions written by doctor. For me, if it’s not necessary, I will not swallow any pills into my mouth. Hence, no matter big or small disease, my idea is prevention matters the most. How to keep that? Of course, we should start with daily food.

There are three children in my family. Though they are allergic since they were born, under my careful recuperation, they seldom get sick. Because I made them lunch boxes since they were at elementary school. After all, the food made at home is cleaner and healthier. Food we purchased outside, we are not very sure the procedures of clean and cooking. For making sure of everything, I would rather work harder to prepare my kids the lunch boxes with love.

On account that I am a worker, I always use the evening of Sunday, spending more than two hours to finish 5~6 dishes at a time. By that, my kids can have lunch boxes for the coming 2~3days. Till Wednesday, I will have to cook again the dishes for another coming 2~3 days. One hand works and the other hand cooks healthy and tasty food for my kids dish by dish. Under this circumstance, you can imagine, to own a good cookware easy to cook is so much important to me!

Long time ago, I quit using aluminum pots, because I fear there will release aluminum during cooking. I only choose stainless steel pots, Teflon pots and iron pots. The problem is, Teflon pot is so called taintless but it’s not easy to clean at all. Especially, when you are cooking some food with braising or stewing in soy sauce,  really makes me in woe. For iron pots, concerning the material is very heavy, looks dirty and easy to get taints. Every time, as I finish cooking about to wash the pots,  makes me feel like I am going to fight with the iron pots. It’s been so hard!

It’s a common sense for those have cooked before, that is, in order to not mix between dish and dish, we should always wash the pot after finish every dish, then we start to cook next dish. Thinking about it, if I cook 5~6 dishes at a time, then I will have to wash the pot for 5 to 6 times. If the pot is not so easy to clean, I will get exhausted very soon.

After I use Paruah pots, cooking becomes very easy! Though it remains stainless steel pots, Paruah got better quality than any other direct marketing pots.

It’s a little heavy but it’s because of one forming body let the entire design thicker

and in order to keep heat and to save much more gas during cooking.

From the perspective of keeping in good health, Paruah pots emphasize that it makes an appeal to free oil and free salt, which touches my heart. It’s really important for modern people usually threaten by civilized illness. I always use Paruah pots to fry steak or pork. It’s quite easy. We don’t need to use oil and salt, no need to use black pepper sauce, neither. Because the pot will cook tasty food by itself, while taking the pot off the fire, all you have to do is to sprinkle some plant spices on the top. Display the dish with some boiled broccolis and corns, which has beaten any steak meals made at any western restaurants. Do you envy me? All you have to do is to use Parush pots. We believe you can make it, too!
